Racingbike Airbox Splitter for Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660 2021-2025 (USA 2026) is a technical intake upgrade designed to optimize airflow inside the airbox and improve the efficiency of the intake system. Developed in collaboration with Gabro Racing, this component is engineered to make the internal air path cleaner and more controlled, helping the engine respond in a smoother, more precise and more consistent way. That kind of splitter design is also used and built-in the Gabro Racing EVO Race Airbox Kit. No ECU remap required to obtain the improvement.
Made in PA12 using MJF technology, this splitter combines light weight, strength and dimensional stability. Its internal design helps reduce turbulence inside the airbox and improves how air is directed toward the throttle bodies, supporting a more efficient intake flow and a cleaner engine response, especially during sporty riding and at higher rpm.
The improved airflow gave by the Splitter causes a slightly mixture enleanment by 1,5/2% at top speed, all Upmap maps can handle that without the need of specific maps made.
According to the dyno comparison test carried out by Gabro Racing, the airbox splitter alone showed an increase of about +1 hp at peak power, going from 101.6 hp to 102.6 hp at the crank, with no remap required. This makes it a very interesting upgrade for riders looking for a simple, effective and immediately useful improvement.
