The stock intake duct of the Aprilia RS 660 (2025 - USA 2026) is not optimized for performance and performs even worse when a racing fairing is installed, as the stock duct does not align with the fiberglass fairing’s air inlets. It also houses part of the wiring harness and is not airtight, losing any real pressurization effect from high-speed airflow. In collaboration with RacingBike, the Gabro Racing Team developed a more efficient RS660 dynamic ram air intake, maximizing the ram-air effect to dynamically pressurize the airbox.

Who is this product for?

This product is designed for track use and intended to be mounted on fiberglass race fairings. The front wiring harness must be repositioned, and the race fairing must be modified to allow installation of this intake (cutting template included). If competing in a championship, always check compliance with technical regulations before use.

Technical specifications

The new duct is built in fiberglass and supported by an ultra-light front subframe made of laser-cut aluminum sheet, precisely bent, welded, and powder-coated in black. The dashboard and wiring are also mounted on this front subframe. The RS660 ram air intake has been designed to optimize dynamic airflow, and its shape is the result of extensive studies.
